How to talk on Discord using Matrix!

If you have a mazie.rocks account, you can use the Discord bridge!

Step 1: Enable Developer Mode in Discord settings

Step 2: Copy the ID of the Discord channel

Step 3: On Matrix, open a DM with Mazie Discord Bridge

@_discordpuppet_bot:mazie.rocks

Step 4: Ask the bot to invite you

Paste your channel ID between __ and :
Then copy paste the whole command and send it to the bot

You should get an invitation to the bridged room.

For example, my command was like this:

invite #_discordpuppet__764294242843492367:mazie.rocks

If there was a problem:

• Maybe you are already in that room?
• Maybe you mistyped the invite link?
• Maybe this Discord server is not bridged? It needs Matrix Link
• Maybe you are not on mazie.rocks? Ask Maze to whitelist you
• Maybe you found a bug? Tell Maze
